The Notary Public
The Notary Public Simona Benedetto was born in Avellino on the 23rd January 1982.
After having completed the Classical Lyceum at "F. De Sanctis " Institute of Sant'Angelo dei Lombardi (AV), she enrolled in the Faculty of Law at the University of Perugia, where, at age 23, she graduated with honors.
In 2013 she was successfully admitted to the "Fifth course – selective competition training for 200 people for the achievement of the authorization in order to be registered as certified Town Clerk”.
At the same time, she successfully passed the notary public exams (bound by ministerial decree on 27th December 2011), and became an Italian Notary Public.
In December 2004, she was assigned to her first seat in Cinisello Balsamo – Milan, where established the Notary Public Office, (Notary district boards of Milano, Busto Arsizio, Lodi, Monza e Varese).
Simona Benedetto executes real estate transactions, incorporates company names and drafts and executes all notarial documents, such as contracts, deeds, wills, parental grants, powers of attorney, affidavits, solemn declarations and etc.
